Nathan has been sick with a super bad cold, so I gave him a pillow.. Take in mind that he is 20 months old. Do you think this is too early?...When would be a good age if so??

I think 20 months is waaay old enough. I mean, if he sleeps better with his head elevated...Than let him go.

He's old enough though!

I really can't remember when I gave my boys a pillow to use, but i'm sure at 20 months it's fine!

He'll be fine with a pillow at that age. I work on the pediatrics floor at my hospital and we use it all the time for babies with colds. Not newborns of course but your child is def old enough.

As soon as joseph moved to a toddler bed he has a pillow, hes 16 mths old so eh that was 14 mthsold but of course eh sleeps the total opposite way and doesnt use the pillow but eh hes old enough I think , really depends on the kid, my sisters daughter was still in a crib at 16 mths but joseph does fine in his toddler bed with his pillow and blanket . As long as they can roll over etc and realize when they cant breathe etc then they are fine
