I can't ejaculate when I masturbate or have sex. I've had sex numerous times with different partners and masturbated many times, but i'm still unable to orgasm. I only ejaculate in my sleep. Why is this? I'm 23 years old. How do I fix this problem?

You should go see your doctor about this. Something can be wrong. Im sure you want to enjoy the feeling of an orgasm so make the appointment sooner than later. Good luck!
