Im 17 and I think I might have an anxiety disorder...Or it might lead to one. Im always nervous. I can feel the butterflies in my stomach every day. I dont know if im causing it just becouse I think too much or its just not normal. When I get a phone call im not even anticipatiing it seems like my heart rate goes up. I get really nervous around alot of people. When someone that I dont know starts trying to hold a conversation with me I freeze. I cant seem to think of anything to say..My thoughts get clouded. I start shaking uncontrolably. Is it becouse im just so young and im stressing myself. I need advice....Help
