Q: Stunted Growth

Hi, my name is grace. I am now 15 and the shortest in my family. I developed bulimia right before turning 13. It slowed my growth to an inch per year. I have never gotten a pubertal growth spurt or my period. My parents and everyone in my family are much taller than I am. I would be happy with just 1-2inches more. I have been trying to eat healthily now and taking calcium supplements, but what is the chance I can make up some growth?
