You will not really 'feel' anything, except less worried about becoming pregnant.

Your breasts may grow slightly, which can ache and cause tenderness. You may notice a bit of nausea, which comes the first time a woman may take the 'pill'.

When you start the pill on the sunday after your period starts it is effective immediately, so you are safe!

If you are a sunday start the pill does not become effective untill seven days later and alot of doctors say wait a month before going without a backup method to prevent unwanted pregnancy.

You may have side effects, you may not. My boobs grew and were achy for a week but other then that I have been great! It depends on your body and how it responds to that particular dosage of hormones.

Hey, no biggie! I'm on enpresse, and I started without any problems or side affects whatsoever. I didn't feel sick or anything. I did lose weight, but not a dangerous amount.

Sadly enough, my breasts didn't get any bigger, though. :p

The pill packet clearly states that if you start when you are on your period you are protected immediately, otherwise you would need back-up for one wek.

Read the pill leaflet, it will clearly state this.
