Hi this may seem like a strange one, but I have a small hole in the bottom of my anus... It doesnt seem to hurt that much, but when I go to the loo and wipe it is painful...


I have read about pilonidal cyst but they seem to be around the top of the bottom area, whereas this is actually on my anus...



Any ideas...? Im worried it could be something nasty
