Help! Need Some Support Posted: 12-05-06 11:18am
Im 19 years old and have just slipped back
into depression ive been fine for 2 years
after having it for 4 years. I don't have
friends as my old ones were'nt well
friends they were back stabbing barstards
actually! I live with my partner we've
been together for almost 3 years he's
great though sometimes he just cant help
me feel better. I have a health condition
which causes constant pain and is slowly
leaving me infertile im in a rush to fall
pregnant before its too late my partner
also has fertility problems.
I am just so lost so lonely so......Blah
lately I dont want to do anything I dont
even have the energy to eat which
sometimes I dont mind as i'd love to lost
15 kilos but its not a healthy way of
doing it I cant walk outside by myself as
I have an enemy looking for me and this
guy is very dangerous and im petrified
he'll find me. I cant move away as I have
family here though im not really close to
them. Im sorry if it seems like im just
crapping on, im scared the depression will
get as bad as it was before (on suicide
watch alot of the time) I dont know what
to do to make things better I cant take
anti-depressants ( trying to conceive) I
cant walk like I used to and this time I
have no friends to help me either. Any
tips guys im desperate and very scared.
Someone please help me!

I am sorry you are having such a hard time
right now. Not to be mean or anything,
but you might want to reconsider trying to
have a child until you take care of
yourself. It's just a suggestion. It
might be a little bit healthier for you
and the baby.

I knew someone would say something like
that well first of all I know the second I
fall pregnant i'll be fine it all started
when I couldn't fall pregnant I have also
spoken about it with my gp and
gynacologyst and they think i'll be fine
and have both agreed I would be worst of
if I wait until I all ok

Hi, there.
I guess the first thing you must learn to
do is to chill out. Really. Stress can
really affect you organism and speed up
those problems you have. You could do
some yoga or so, even if only relaxing at
home. You'll see a difference.
Then, you could think about getting
pregnant. I'm sure you'll get pregnant
while you can, really
