Can anyone help please. I have anxiety disorder ( so I have been told) and my doctor took me off anti depressants which I felt were helping because he said I wasnt depressed, but had panic attacks and anxiety disorder instead. So he put me onto beta blockers and anti anxiety meds ( valium). Ths was 5 months ago. I have not got any better and most days my head is filled with thoughts of panic, anxiety and bad things. For the past 2 weeks I have had constant headaches upon waking that just get worse and worse throughout the day, and I wondered if anybody else gets these as a symptom of depression. Your responses are greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Morning Headache...
Hello! I just happened to find your post.
I, too have anxiety and headaches. I never thought they
were related. I take zoloft for the anxiety (100mg) and and topamax for the headaches (50 mg in am and 50 in pm)....Also are you dehydrated...And do not drink red wine...
My headaches are almost gone. I hope this helps.
