When I take I poop, I end up bleeding from my butt and I don't understand why. Why am I bleeding?? Im scared something is seriously wrong with me. Is there??

I suggest you contact your gp about it.
It can be anything, but it can also be serious, so the best thing is to have someone looking into it.
If you have a constipation it can be nothing but blood vessels that are breaking, but if not, it can be serious as well.
