I know alot of you are sick of reading my posts but I know the pain and suffering alot of the people on this site are experiencing. Going through life without being in a relationship might sound funny and comical to some people but in actually it is very serious and depressing.

Trying your very best to be normal and happy with no results is excrutiating. You begin to wonder what is wrong with you, you loose sight and hope of ever being in a relationship, getting married, having kids, and living a normal life.
Over 50% of those with social anxiety disorder (sad)/ social phobia develop others psychological problems, with major depression being the most common. Also, people afflicted with sad are very likely to become alcoholics.

Sad affects more than just personal relationships, it seeps into your school ife (like being afraid to speak up or give a speech), work (giving a presentation or speaking to your boss), and even makes it hard to get friends.

I just wanted to post a professional psychological questionaire to help those with relationship problems identify sad. I highly recommend all those with symptoms of lonliness and longing to be in a relationship to take the social phobia interest inventory (spin) at

if you think you might have it, or know someone who does see a psychologist or a psychiatrist. I wish someone would have told me about it 8 years ago, I would have had a better teenage/early twenties life.

And please even if you dont have it, spread the word about social anxiety disorder to others who havent been on a date, kissed a girl, and are suffering. It is the 3rd most common psychological disorder, affects 10% of the population and sadly it is also one the least diagnosed. It took at least 8 years of my life, made it that much harder to succeed and in the end nearly cost me my life too. So please help those who might have it, as some of them are unable to get help.

Thank you for your time
