Ok tomorrow ill be 30 weeks that means
that ill be 7 1/2 months preggo right?
Then at 32 weeks ill be eight months ??
Im sorry im just getting so confused with
this weeks by week thing

Just count backwards from your due date.
Say you're due on february 1st. That
means on january 1st you'd be 8 months,
december 1st would be 7 months, november
1st would be 6 months, etc...
You can't really go by weeks because there
are 4 weeks plus 2-3 days in a month.
