Oh... They make baby clothes? They must be pricey. I can't imagine spending lots of money on baby clothes, what with the 3 p's (poop, pee, puke) and how fast they'll grow out of them.

To each their own.

It seems like you're trying to brag about getting your baby d&g things and a dior pacie, who cares? You could get a good pacie at walmart for a few bucks, what baby is gonna care if they have a name brand pacifier? Lol i'm not trying to be rude but I don't think it really matters.

I was thinking the same thing, .Terra. That's great if you can afford it, but .I don't see why brand names &expensive brands matter to an infant.

Hey there's nothing wrong with buying designer gear for a baby - I mean, you don't want your kid to grow up really untrendy, do ya? Gotta start em on that one-dimensional, materialistic road niiiice and early.

Hahah! No theres nothing wrong with it once in a while but who the hell cares if they have a dior pacie for their child? I guess if you can afford it, but theres no need to brag. I sure as heck won't be able to afford something like that im sure, and even if I could I wouldn't. You could buy so much stuff for the price of one "dior" pacifier. Lol

I think you should buy your kids reasonable things, and whatever money you have left over that you're desperate to spend on the baby, throw it in a savings account for their education. Designer clothes that they'll just outgrow in a few weeks' time and pacifiers that, I promise you, will be lost/misplaced/thrown out of a car window are really a waste of money.

I guess if you have the money then ok but all I see is a waist!!! I put all the extra money I have a month into 3 savings accounts. I split it up 50% goes into my daughters college fund, 15%goes into her car fund, and the other 35% goes into our family savings ie emergancy stash.

My daughter wears tommy jeans, lucky jeans, gap and old navy but all because it's given to me or I find it a really good discounted prices. There isnt' any shame in that. But why waist the money on a doir soothie when it's going to be lost? Unless you sew it to your baby some how it's going to be lost. You better stock up on them

I'd say each to their own but my own views on this are that I think it's a waste. There are so many other better things you can use this money on, like sunflower_pie81 said. What's the point? Some people in the street may glance at the dior dummy but that's about it...They won't give it a second thought (if you intend to use it to show off in that sort of way), plus babies grow out of their clothes so fast.
