Okay so I have had this really bad pain in my lower abdomen,on my right side and sometimes it feels like im being stabbed and other times its kind of like a cool burn I guess. It hurts from my abdomen to my right thigh and back. I went to the doc and she said it could be a swollen appendix or swollen ovary.I went to get an ultrasound on sat but I wont know anything til wed. If it is a swollen ovary, does anyone know what it might be. Im really worried because my sister had some sort of problem and apparently some other people with their women parts and im really scared, I thought I was too young to have any problems, im only 18
