No, not mine! I'm talking about bottle nipples. How do I know when I need to switch to the next level of nipples? We're still using the slow flow level 1s, when do I move up to 2?

A good sign it's time to change is when the teat keeps collapsing because the baby is sucking on it too hard to get the milk faster.
