Can you get pregnant after having an ovarian cyst? I'm trying to get pregnant. I have not had my period for almost over a month. I did take a pregnancy test, and it was negative. My doctor ssaid I might have an ovarian cyst. Is it possible to get pregnant after ovarian cyst goes away, after being diagnosed with ovarian cyst?

Thank god I had a doctor check. I dont have an ovarian cyst. Im all healthy.
