Im on a highschool wrestling team. I don't eat at such an extremely early hour of the morning, but later. I eat a hearty lunch, but I have some of my friends on the team do otherwise... For breakfast and lunch, they both just eat two king size power bars. Make sure you switch it up, or you wont get whatcha need to keep goin.
Try just eating a power bar between your 2nd to last class and your last. I've done that before, gets far enough down for me to give me some energy for the workout coming up
