Hello, I have a big problem. I have lunch about third period in my school (yes I know) and its about at 9:44 to about 10:24. And I have wrestling practice after school and I was wondering if the weakness and sleepyness I feel in practice affects me because of my lunch period. Can someone give me some advice on what to eat exacly to get me energy so I can acually wrestle without feeling weakness while im wrestling.

Im on a highschool wrestling team. I don't eat at such an extremely early hour of the morning, but later. I eat a hearty lunch, but I have some of my friends on the team do otherwise... For breakfast and lunch, they both just eat two king size power bars. Make sure you switch it up, or you wont get whatcha need to keep goin.

Try just eating a power bar between your 2nd to last class and your last. I've done that before, gets far enough down for me to give me some energy for the workout coming up Smile
