Im 17 and I want to start eating right, my family really dont care so I will have to buy the food does anyone know cheap food that I can buy for meals so I can start getting healthy?

hi jdraymond, your question about ‘healthy diet’ got me thinking. I am facing the some health related problems. But I guess not everyone would understand the challenges till faced with similar circumstances. Anyways, I did a bit of research and found an article which says “try to frame eating vegetables and healthy food as being its own reward. By offering dessert as a reward for finishing vegetables, you create a system where unhealthy food is a treat and healthy food sucks.” I found this article at http://www.Medical-health-care-information
