My friend's 8 week old baby has about 5-6 pin sized blue spots on the tongue. Has not been on any kind of medication. Anyone know what this could be?

baby blue tongue dots
Niels from Holland, our 6 week old babygirl has the same. It doesn't seem to bother her,no temperature shifts etc. Doc came and thought it was some sort of oxidation cause of the breast milk. Had a hard time scratching it off. We also have an agency in the Netherlands where you go to every 6 weeks, they check weight, growth etc. They hadn't seen it before but could scratch it off though!!! They thought it was some sort of thrush and if mother or baby started having troubles we should get some meds for that.
