I would like you guys to tell me how big my baby is at four weeks?
I am 17 years old and obviously this is my first time!

First off I removed the mean replies because this isn't a stupid question.
To answer the original question...
At 3 weeks of pregnancy (3 weeks from your period) you are one week past ovulation so the "baby" is a mere blastocyst at this point and hasn't even implanted into your uterus yet - it is microscopic. It is about 0.1mm
at 4 weeks of pregnancy (next period is would be due) you are two weeks past ovulation, implantation has only occured within the last few days. It is about 0.2mm
