I have been experiencing lower right abdominal pain since I woke up this morning that gets worse when I cough, sneeze, bend down, breath to hard or press on it, but I have no stomach issues like vomiting or diarrhea, but I have noticed that my stool is a little looser than normal. My stomach is also growling and talking up a storm. What does this sound like? Because it doesn't sound like appediacitis to me since i'm not vomiting or have diarrhea.
