I have a bumpy question too! Sorry for putting it on here, but I need to know!

I felt inside my vagina last week and felt little bumps all inside as far as I could reach. They don't hurt and I haven't looked at them. Is a vagina saposed to be this way? I'm not sexually active. I masturbate (started a four months ago after two years break) only during my period and I use only my fingers and I clean them before.

Any advice? I'm going to the gyn some time next week.

I don't really know. Can you remember if it felt that way 2 years ago?

Personally, I don't have bumps inside my vagina, but that could be normal for you. I have a friend who has something called vaginal rings, there's nothing wrong with her, it's just the way she was made, she's totally fine except for it's hard for her to use tampons. So you could just be naturally bumpy, maybe. I mean, you're not sexually active and you practice good hygiene, I can't see how it would be anything terrible.

It's good that you're going to the gyn though, i'd be curious about it too.

This is quite an old post...

Well the inside of the vagina, by nature, is quite irregular, lumpy, bumpy and foldlike because the skin is designed to stretch. So that in itself isn't anything to be concerned about unless the particular lumps and bumps you are talking about are unusual .F.O.R .Y.O.U. If the surface of your vagina feels different to how it used to feel, then you might want to check it out to put your mind at rest.
