Q: Red Spots Under Pubic Hair

Basically that it. I'm only 16 and under my pubic hair and surrounding there is like red blotch areas of skin. Its like its just dry irritated skin or something. Sometimes its itchy but that could just be my pubes that are itchy. And there are none on my penis, just pubes.

Im really concerned about this, can anyone give me advice?
