Well I have been asked to bring something for dinner however I cna't cook and with a little one I dont' have much time to cook......So I am going to have to figure out something nice a quick

Well.. Theres always jell-o no-bake cheesecake.


But as for hot dishes... Put a big can of yams in a glass blaking dish.. Bake for 20 minutes at 350... Then put a bag of mini marshmallows on top.. Pop it in the oven for like, 10 minutes at 350 til the marshmallows turn golden.. Easy peasy japoneasy.. Yumyumyummm

I'm new here, but this caught my attention.

My favorite quick and easy side dish is green bean casserole.
Just dump a couple cans of green beans and couple cans of cream of mushroop soup into a crock pot (or casserole dish and bake for 15-20mins) , top with french fried onions and voila!

Another one is asian salad.
A bag of preshredded broccoli stems
a package of chicken ramen noodles
a cup of olive oil (or vegi oil works too)

mix the broccoli stems and uncooked crunched up noodles in a bowl, mix the seasoning with the oil and pour on salad and toss.
