I started my period a week early last go around. The day I was suppose to start (mon), I didn't bleed, and then tues to wednes I bled a little, and then stopped. But that was my week of inactive pills, so I should have bled then, but I bled early? I doubt pregnancy, because I did bleed after all, but is there something else I should be worried about?

Is this your first 1-3 months on birth control?

Almost all women on bc wil have irregualr spotting and bleeding at some point, but it is very common in women whom just started bc.

Things that cause spotting and bleeding-
missing pills/taking them late
antibiotics
sanit johns wort(herb) these reduce effectiveness of the pill.

I've been on for almost 10 months. I might have taken one pill late, but only by like an hour. I take them at different times each day...But ony like an hour off...

Sometimes taking them too far apart can cause breakthrough bleeding :/

But only an hour will cause that breakthrough bleeding? Should I try to take it at a different time so I can take it at the same time? I usually take it when I wake up and that's either 9 or 10 depending on the day

An hour is not that big of a deal, so taht is not a huge worry..

Sometimes these things just happen, like a fluke, and you kind of have to weather it out.
