My Health Insurance Is Giving Me My Anxiety Attacks Posted: 11-29-06 13:43pm
So for the past three months I have been
in doctor offices dealing with my
heart-i'm young and need this fixed now.
Last night I was in the hospital for a
procedure for my heart. Now it looks like
my health insurance is plannig on denying
all my claims-even though I have no
pre-existing conditions.
Surprise surpise-how these monsters can do
this but I won't let them. I am going to
fight them and write about it. I wake up
now with those moments of sheer terror-how
will I pay my great doctor if these jerks
won't pay for anything!!!!
This happens all the time-every week I pay
my payments to aetna-but I refuse to let
them have the better of me. When I set up
my site I will let everyone know-even if
you are 16 to 90 one day you will know how
evil they can be and hopefully by reading
my site you will know what to do.
Aetna even told me not to make an
appointment with my doctor until I call
them. This is my heart-and these guys in
suits are having way too much power.
I'm so angry today

Jenny, i'm so with you. I went through
cancer without insurance, barely, and now
my insurance premiums are keeping me from
putting a dime into the bank. It's
utterly disgusting that one of our basic
rights--health--should have become a
consumer commodity like everything else in
this country. What do you do when you're
priced out? The medical and insurance
industries are so deep into the
government's pockets and vice versa, lord
knows what can be done. And they dish out
such talking-head bull. There's always
someone deciding what is "affordable" for
you. But who actually knows that? You,
and you alone. It's shameful, criminal
even, that in the supposed "greatest
nation on earth" the cost of medical care
and insurance prevents millions of
hard-working, deserving citizens from
acheiving the american dream. People who
will work their lives away, responsible
and dynamic... Only to die poor anyway.
Let's face it: your human worth is
measured by your net worth, and your life
itself is only worth what you are able to
pay for it. It will be the economic ruin
of this country, and demonstrates that an
ethical rot already runs deep. Do
something with that anger--squawk and
squawk loud. The world needs to know this
truth.
Luck and love,
