Hi acid,
i am the same my resting heart rate is 60 too, I have seen 3 cardioligists and they all say that my heart is healthy and fine. I am not an athlete and I could do with lossing a few kilos!!

I have been experiencing dizziness for about 4 weeks and I also have fatigue etc. I have had anxiety for 2 years now and my symptoms are tje normal. I have excepted that this is my anxiety and my heart is fine.

My cardioligists all said that you will pass out if you heart rate gets too low, I have never passed out. Also remember that there are a heap of people out there that live with a heart rate int he 40's and they are not athletes.

Check you heart rate when you feel good and then check it when you feel bad - I bet that it is the same both times.
