If it is so thight that you can not retract it even when soft then you will probably need to discuss a circumcision with your doctor.

Some people manage with a very tight foreskin but if you can't retract when soft then you run all sorts of risks not in the least because you can't retract it to clean it.

2- have sex with someone with a tight vagina and have it broken. Its a pain and maybe lots of blood but its worth it. Thats how we do it in the good old cuba. At least I did it that way.

seriously, I don't think that is such a good idea, tearing can be nasty, lead to scar tissue - which in turn can make the problem worse.

If you can maintain an erection with the tight foreskin and you can keep it clean you might be ok.
My fella has a tight foreskin but he can pull it back completely when soft, and we haven't had problems during sex. Because he can pull it back when soft he is able to keep it clean properly.

I wouldn't recommend tearing it, but if it does give you problems then dicuss circumcision with your doc or gu.

Do not jump straight in to get circumcised. Only severe cases require this.

Most foreskins easily stretch by with gradual manipulation.

I was very tight at the age of 16 (only a tiny opening existed), and fully retracted it after 2 months.

Perhaps you should read up on what you actually lose when you are circumcised, besides a flap of skin.

Ps. Do not yank the thing back. Complications that can be severe may occur if this happens.

Yes, do not yank the foreskin back or the head will swell like a balloon, then you go to the e.R.
If you do get the foreskin over the head, put it back like real fast...
An operation to remove the foreskin is a painful and bloody recovery!

Erection is judged by hardness, not direction. My ex had a downward pointing penis, but it was still rock hard. A downward pointing penis is normal.

Now the foreskin issue is not normal. That is (from what I have learned) called "phimosis".

Yes, it may be possible to pull back the foreskin without circumcision. You will need to talk to you doctor for a proper plan. But a home solution involves slowly stretching it every day; not so much that it hurts though.

My problem is little different. I have a tight foreskin. But during full erection and mastubration I find no problem or pain. Also, during no erection when my penis is small the foreskin becomes very loose (not so loose enough that I can pull it down my penis).

I tried once of pulling it down during bath, but on slight pain I stopped.

Please suggest will it be a problem during sex, even when I do not get any pain during full erection and mastubration. (I daily clean my penis with foreskin with soap after mastubration)

Yes, it will be a problem if you cannot fully retract the foreskin during masturbation. The inability to do so is what will cause you pain during sex, because the foreskin is supposed to slide completely back as the penis enters the vagina.

If you have this problem, then you solve it through gentle stretching, possibly with the use of steroid creams procured from your doctor.

Then I spoke to my doctor and a urologist and I was circumcised 2 days ago! I just wish I had it done sooner!! The op is a fast and simple one I was put to sleep and out of hospital the same day, the pain is not that bad at all to be honest as I have been given appropriate pain killers by the hospital I imagined it to be a lot more painfull than what it really is.
