Hi all

i use a wheelchair (have spina bifida) and have recently started to notice that my right hip goes a funny feeling (kinda numb from the inside out) when I go to bed. It feels like it needs stretching but this doesnt help. I also get a tingly foot to match. It keeps me awake for ages and sometimes wakes me up. Im getting to the end of my tether as all I want to do is get to sleep quickly.

Has anyone got any ideas as to what could be causing this?
