Hi,i have just done 6 operations, 3 on both sides of my bottom,now with my dressings nurses are using bettadine to cure the operation. But after having done my dressings for 2 days, my anal was aching and when i go to toilet blood came along. So i went to my doctor who just did my operation and he told to stop doing the dressing as it is having bad effects on my anal. so if anyone has faced the same problems like me, do let me know. cheers
