For the past few months i've been dealing with a panic/anxiety problem, and i'm not sure how it relates to this, but many kinds of loud noises/vibrations make me feel awful.

One example is when I went to the movie theater. It was only on the previews, and being surrounded by all of the noise, I just needed to leave. Another example is that at a local concert, once the band started playing, I don't know what happened, but I just started coughing and felt like I couldn't breathe.. Also, if a lot of people are talking at once, it makes me feel lightheaded. I'm not sure if I should go to an ear specialist or not.
