Q: Dizziness And Going Out

I have been dizzy for the last month on and off sometimes it is really bad like I am going to pass out or like I am really off balance and other times I just feel a bit lightheaded.

When I go out to the shops etc it gets worse - is this because I am aware of it and really scared I am going to pass out.

Does this happen to anyone else, and get worse when you go out?

Yah ive felt that before. I also find that certain lights do it to me too, like dim lighting makes me feel so out of sorts, like I either feel panic or anxious or like im off balance.
