Hey a couple of months ago I had an accident at work and did some serious nerve damage to my arm I have also had slight discomfort in my chest with a bit of light bruising which has been there since my accident I have just seen a physio who thinks it could be muscle fibre tear has anyone had experience of this?
I am trying to find out exactly what it is and how I can cure

any help will be appreciated
