Im 25 and for some reason I build my self up with sooo much anxiety about going a Dr. Apt and being naked it freaks me out. I end up getting an erection and im soooo embaresed. I don't know how to calm myself down. It doesn't matter if it's a female or male Dr. Im not sure if this happens to anyone else or if something if wrong with me. Anyone one have any advice for help????? I know they say dr's see it all but this is embarrassing I get myself sooo worked up about it I have an erection the min I walk in the office.
