Q: Supplements Can Aggravate Spinal Condition?

Does anyone have information on possible links between dietary supplements and inflammation or other underlying aggravants of spinal / radicular pain?

The specific supplements I refer to are those intended to modulate the body's production of certain hormones (growth hormone, testosterone) such as l-arginine, l-glutamine, etc., antioxidants, or anti-inflammatories like fish oil.

I have taken a bunch of supplements of one kind or another over the past year and want to ensure that they haven't contributed (or caused Shocked ) the spinal stenosis that I have recently been diagnosed with.

Thanks in advance.
