For Those Who Do Not Eat Vegetables Or Fruits

I know. Sounds ridiculous. I think it was because my mom forced vegetables on me. I don't eat them. Once in awhile corn and of course potatoes but that is about it. My motto is if it is green, or red, it had better be an m&m! Overweight. Yes. 6'0 and 223. But I am not here to bore you with with my health.

My question is this. For someone who does not eat fruit or vegetables, what do you recommend in vitamins? I know it sounds stupid. Maybe even futile but I thought I would ask. Someone from church told me to take the following:

1 - one a day vitamin
1000mg vitamin c (with rosehips)
vitamin b complex

would this be what you recommend or do you have a completely different idea? I would like to hear it. Thanks.

John

Veggies, not for me
Same situation and same exact question. I'm not trying to find ways to coexist with veggies, just looking for the next best thing in a multivitamin or alternative.

Someone please help
