While it is not as likely to get pregnant when on the pill, you can always get pregnant if you have unprotected sex. Read the medication insert, the pills are only 99% effective if taken exactly right, which means at the same time every day, without skipping any pills. Also, other medicines such as antibiotics can cause the pill to be ineffective. Do yourself a favor, protect yourself every time you have sex unless you want a baby or something worse, like an std.

Well now let me think....

Unprotected sex + not yet on b/c = high chance of pregnancy ffs.

You have to use protection for the first 7 days of b/c if you don't start it on the first day of bleeding.

What is it this weekend with girls wondering if unprotected sex might make them pregnant???

Of course you are at risk. Rolling Eyes
