Q: Trying to Get Pregnant

I'm new here and I have a 2 year little girl, but about a year ago, I fell in love with a wonderful guy and have been trying to conceive but have not yet. I'm so frustrated and sad. I got pregnant with my little girl right away but am having trouble conceiving now. I learned that my uterus is tipped and we bought a ovulation kit but it looks like i'm not ovulating because it turned up negative the whole month of november. If someone has any advice for me please help??

Hi there! Welcome to the "club" :d
first off, have you just come off any birth control, like the pill or depro provera? If so, that can sometimes cause some irregularities once you stop taking them. It can take your body a few months or longer to adjust being off the hormones and to regulate. If not, then I would suggest going and talking to your family doctor. Perhaps he/she will run some blood work and an ultrasound just to make sure that everything is ok.
I have been trying for 6 months now with no luck, but had these tests done and everything seems to be normal, so i'm not sure why I am having difficulties. Has your partner been tested for sperm count, mobility, etc....? If you have had a successful pregnancy before, I cannot forsee any major problems that may lie with you, but best to speak to your doctor about it. It can take the average healthy couple 6 months to a year to conceive!
Try to not stress or overthink the situation (hard - I know, trust me!) and hopefully, you will have your wish soon.
Best of luck to you and keep us posted on how you do!
Baby dust to you :d
