Okay so I take a centrum multi-vitamin everyday, and on occasion I like to take an airborne , like say if I feel like I might be coming down with a sickness. I recently read about iron and vitamin poisoning and im a very paranoid person, so now im confused and paranoid...Does that mean I cant take an airborne and have my daily multi-vitamin at the same time? A pharmacist once said, 'i think you will be okay'...That made me wonder why he said it like that. Does that mean something fatal could happen or whaaat? I also know that orange juice, ovaltine, oatmeal have some kind of vitamins in them...So does that mean I cant consume those either since airborne has so many milligrams of vitamins. Im sooo confused, maybe im gettin the wrong impression. Maybe it means dont combine multi-vitamin with other vitamins such as a, k, e...So on and so forth. But since I asked the question to a pharmacist, he said not to combine them....Soo I dont understand why...I have to have a vitamin everyday.....Sooo if I ever wanna take airborne....I dont wanna get sick either....Im so confused. Anyone know about this or know whom I could call up and ask besides a pharmacist...Maybe vitamin cottage workers? I dont know...........Help
