Q: night erections

My girlfriend and I are not having sex. She wants to wait, i'm okay with that. We do other things though, however I have never went. She can give me head for an hour or more and I still wont go. I'm not sure if something is wrong with me? Sometimes at night time while i'm sleeping I will go but I have never went with a girl or have made my self go. Is there any tricks that I can do to go. I'm getting frustrated.
