Hello, everyone. Please help if possible.

My gf and I had sex. She always demands that we wear a condom, but we ran out and things got excited and we had sex without. I might have ejaculated inside of her but I am not sure. We are worried.

She takes ortho, although she is not always usually on time. We were wondering if it was safe and/or necessary if she could take plan b even though she is on ortho? We want to make absolutely sure that she is not pregnant. Thanks for any help you can provide.

To make absolutely sure she is not pregnant, take the plan b. It might not be necessary - but you'd have to wait to find out if she was in fact pregnant to know whether it was/is necessary or not.

You have to take into consideration that the pill is only 98% effective when taken perfectly. Since she hasn't been consistant the percent of effectiveness is lowered.

I would recomend the plan b just to be sure since it must be taken within a certain time frame. I hope everything works out!
