Q: Pregnant on ortho tricyclin ?

I am taking ortho tricyclin and have been not too consistant with my pills - taking them at the same time every day. I did this last month too and got my period in the third week. I continued taking my pills as usual and bled for about 2 weeks. Well the same thing happened this month and when I got my period in the third week early I stopped taking my pill all together. I only bled for a week (like a normal period). This week I should still be taking my sugar pill and start a new pack on sun. So currently I am not taking anything. My husband and I have had sex three times in the last three days and since then I have been crampy. The last time I felt this way I was pregnant with my first child. Could I be pregnant again? I want to be but my hubby is not sure he wants another child?

It is possible because you stopped your pill and you said you haven't been too consistent which is important with ortho lo because of the low hormone amounts.

Becuase your period is out of wack you should see your doc about it. I am on ortho as well but my period still hasnt regulated to the pill cycle and my periods don't come untill the sunday I take my first active pill of the next pack. Im hoping it will change though.

Hope everything goes well!
