I'm only 13 and my ear is permanently popped, or so it feels like it.

Yesterday I was helping to cook the turkey on thanksgiving when I heard a sound, a high pitched ringing. I thought it was the stove. Through the day it got worse. So I just went to sleep, when I woke up, my ear was (and still is) popped and I cant hear out of it well. I tried taking a shower thinking that there was earwax buildup and it could melt or get loose. Nothing. There is no pain as of now, but when I yawn it gets more popped and def.

I'm typing this whole thing with my left ear almost def, and its weird, I can hear my self breathing through the def ear.

Please help, I dont have a doctor, is there any home remedies or something?
