i thought I would update you all...
After I realized I was playing with the timing of my meals, I decided to keep a food journal. What I noticed is I still needed to eat every 2-2 1/2 hours. So, now i'm following phase 2, eating meals every 2 hours, every week i'm adding 15 minutes, not to exceed 4 hours. Amazingly, i'm feeling great! Have tons of energy and not gaining an ounce!
