I was masturbating and I noticed some blood I fished up then I peed and it burned I think I have a cut inside my penis should I take any certain measures or just let it go and have it fix it self

Sounds like genital warts. You probably popped one whilst masturbating and the blood came out. Then the pee made the broken wart burn with pain. Go see a doctor.
