Hi,
has anyone had this happen to them following facial shingles? My eye was affected and i've seen an opthalmologist every 3 to 4 weeks for about 4 mos. Now. The vision is blurry in the right eye too. I've used steroid drops, allergy drops and just moisture drops. The eye is very blood shot on the right side. I still have numbness and bad itching and shooting pains in the eyebrow and around the eye and discomfort inside the eye where the redness is. It feels like somethings in it. Tears don't drain out right now either. The cornea and the back of the eye look ok the doctor said but i'm concerned as to how long this will last. Anyone with this experience and if so, how was your eye treated? Thanks

SCLERITIS
I've been diagnosed with scleritis. The ONLY medication that cleared it up was prednisone. My dcotor prescribed it at 40mg then slowly weined me off them. I still have flare ups and they will be doing more tests the next time because its usually and underlying condition to some other condition.
