I am 26 years old with no family history of high blood pressure, I do not smoke, and I excercise regularly. When I have my blood pressure checked with a manual adult large cuff at school by a nurse it is 125/80. However, when I get it checked with an electronic standard size cuff it reads 145/85. Is this something to worry about or can I trust the manual reading.

High Blood Pressure
Trust the cuff. The electronic varies all over the map.
Try it by holding your arm accros the chest at shoulder hieight.
Then try it low by the waist.
See?
