So sorry no one responded to this post, but if you are still out there and would like my input.......most/ a lot of women have cystic type breast and during our periods, the breast can be painful and feel even more "bumpy/notty". If you are genuinely concerned about this , at least let a physican exam you just to rule out anyhting it might could very well be. For peace of mind if for anything else! Good luck!
