My left eye has been giving me problems lately. It has been hurting very bad, giving me headaches, and for some reason I am seeing weird spots that weren''t there before. It's not like the typical floaters, it's like translucent spots but only in the one eye. It's making it hard to do everyday things like type on the computer or watch tv. I really notice pain when I am trying to do those things. My eyelid is swollen compared to the other eye, which is perfectly fine. I was thinking maybe allergies but I have been using allergy eye drops and that doesn't seem to be working. The headaches in that one eye are driving me nuts and regular pain medicine doesn't seem to be helping either. Could this be from dry air? My bf keeps saying he thinks it's an eye cold, but I am not sure if there is such a thing. What do these symptoms sound like because I am at a loss for what to do. I was thinking it could possibly have something to do with my wisdom tooth coming in on that side, but that doesn't explain the spots. I can't make a Dr.S appt right now because I don't have the money and no insurance, but I can have it looked at in january. Until then, it is really crappy to be in pain. Any suggestions or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
