Ok those of you who have been keeping up with the post i've been posting a little here and a little there I have a 2mth old daughter payton. Anyways I got this problem i'm only a one child mom I never wanted more then one kid...Me and my boyfriend could afford it but I don't want another child I only want one to spoil to death...And another thing is I proally couldn't handle it. Anyways it's been 2mths and I haven't had a period yet I blead at the end of last month for a day and it was really light....I don't know if thats normal after two months or not but it's freakin me out I can't get pregnant again I do not want another baby.... I love my daughter to death....But what I went threw the first 4mths of pregnancy was hell I was sick everday...My doctor was supposed to give me the shot but I had a real bad infection in my left breast and he wanted to wait until it cleared up...My boyfriend and I still use protection but sometimes I guess a condoms don't always work and i've been having burning on my left side of my uterus I hope that it's not a tubal or something like that...I think i'll wait a couple more weeks and see if I start hopefully I do and if not i'll call my doctor...What do you guys think Sad

If you're 2 months late on your period then you might as well just take a test and put yourself out of your misery.

It can sometimes be more than 2 months until your period comes back. It can sometimes be light or heavy to start with before it starts to get back to normal.

Are you breastfeeding? That can sometimes delay the return of your period. I know some girls on here that have a 12 week old and haven't had a period yet

My daughter is 14 weeks old and I haven't had a period yet. Yours might not have returned yet. But you could always take a test if it's really worrying you.

Take a test. But it could just be how your body is. It takes awhile to adjust to not being pregnant and get back into it's own cycle.

Condoms used with spermicide (you can get the foam kind or the pills you insert, etc) work really well together and gives you the added protection of .T.W.O contraceptives.

You may want to get on some long term birth control if you don't see yourself with more children. An iud is a good method and you never have to worry about being protected.

Good luck!

also if your breastfeeding, that would be a good reason for your period not to come until months later.

I didnt breasfeed and my period came about a month afterwards.
