Q: An Odd Queston

This is a very odd question but one I have no one to ask. Everytime I have a bowel movement, I get a runny nose. Why is this? Is this common? I rarely have a runny nose but as soon as I go to the bathroom it starts and then it stops as soon as I am done? Am I crazy?
